1. Returns Policy
We accept returns for items within 7 days of the receipt of your delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Because we deal in professional audio equipment, items that show signs of installation or use cannot be returned unless they are defective.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. As an authorized Ahuja dealer, all products carry a standard manufacturer warranty. If you discover a defect after the initial 7-day period, the item will be serviced under the terms of the Ahuja warranty rather than replaced.
3. Refund Approval Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Sale / Discounted Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
5. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail or physically drop off the product to our showroom at Exhibition Road, Patna. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over ₹5,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
